      Pros

      Cool co workers and able to learn about the job.

      Cons

      Not guarantee to get new releases, weird management, very stingy with shoes and more likely to help a reseller than an employee or real customer, part timers work little to no hours or very excessive depending on business. Managers don’t know how to train associates properly. No commission. Majority of promotions are based on favoritism. Takes a long time to get promoted if that is a goal to be accomplished. No such thing as a work okkk
