Cons
Dealing with rude customers is always part of retail job but it does get annoying being nice to rube customers. Male managers seems to have a reputation for being pervy. If you file a complain it can easily swept under the rug if you directly with a manager. Emailing HR will be much more efficient without letting your store manager know.
