Easy work. Nothing about daily responsibilities are difficult to learn or become proficient in. Can bonus if sales goals are hit, but lots of factors that are out of your control dictates how achievable those sales goals are
Cons
. Your experience with the company is completely up to who your leadership is. . Lots of poor managers from the store level into corporate positions, but there are some that are true leaders that care for their staff. Pay very close attention to the location of where and from when as you see good and bad reviews, the company does not provide a consistent experience everywhere. . Pay is also not at competitive rates at any level from District Management and down
