Pros

Great place if you like street wear and shoes, other than that I dont think there is any other pros.

Cons

1. No inclusiveness 2. People get hired without interview at some locations. There is no fair cahnce to everyone. 3. You will be moved alot around various location. If you disagree there is no growth.
