      Pros

      Worked in the company for over 3 years and it allowed me to get experience and learn a lot. Life-work balance was really a plus and the people are great - some will stay friends for a long time even though I've left. Some of the people are with the company for many years.

      Cons

      The company went through cuts last year - wasn't fun...

      super chill boss didnt know what i was doing most of the time but i never really do. i try my best yet tend to fail
