Pros
-Lots of Travel depending on where your office is. -Supposed to get Profit Sharing -Most of the Leads I worked for make up for the terrible management. -You usually meet some other cool people who share in your daily misery on the road.
Cons
I don't have a enough time to list them all. They treat techs like baby monkeys. -They won't pay you that well. -Techs share rooms on the road. (They are one of the few AV companies I know that do that.) -The corporate people who are in charge, can't be touched. They have a little circle and if you don't fit in, watch your back. They will openly break the very rules they are adamant that you follow. -micro manage. They don't just trust that they have guys that know what they're doing. -I constantly had to reach out to find where I was going next and had no resemblance of a schedule. I could go on and on. But those were the worst for me. That being said, if you are kiss up, then you'll be fine.
