Pros
Relatively easy hire, difficult to lose the job, great place to really work on your skills if you have the motivation. Paid healthcare after 5 years. Raises are few.
Cons
Terrible attention to employee wellness/ happiness, team building, etc. The environment is not inviting, very corporate, engineers are not encouraged to think outside the box. No effort is given to promoting growth with the times, training sessions are once a year in OKC, that seem pretty useless and only encourage the frustration.
