Pros
They do a pretty good job at getting you 40 hours a week and overtime.
Cons
You get your schedule a few days ahead of time and could be traveling across the country in a moments notice. You don't have much of a say or control over how they use you on the schedule or your availability. You almost entirely have to be committed to the job, and nothing else to move up. They're a bit on the cheap side as well, and try to low ball (salary and pay) everybody from technicians all the way to their engineers. The turnover rate is pretty high and from a technician stand point it's rare that people make it to 6 months, let alone a year.
