It is a great place to learn avixa standards. Travel all over the US if you're into that. The company will often assist in any way they can to help you become better in the field, so long as you communicate that to them.
Cons
Pay at the company leaves much to be desired. Local work is often scarce so being on the road is something you'll have to get accustomed to, depending on your geographic location. Management often has a tough time communicating within the company.
