      Pros

      My coworkers were great and I enjoyed working with them. Company reimbursement is good for travel.

      Cons

      Management micromanages especially at the top of chain. A lot of HR folks "suddenly leaving" the company with no explanation and all work left to remaining team. No hybrid opportunities even though most of work can be done remotely. No growth for HR employees. No raises.

      Pros

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Cons

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
