      Horrible Training. Impossible Expectations Wanted to have you track your own time down to the minute. Carried more if you documented your hours properly than if you got the work done correctly.

      Pros

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Cons

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
