      Cons

      Harvard Business School should do a case study on just how awful management is at throughout this company. They have managed to create probably the most toxic work environment in corporate history.

      I am sorry you had a bad experience, and you feel providing feedback is a waste of time. Ford standards are very high and we recognize some will struggle.

      Pros

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Cons

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
