      Great people cool services and products to sell.

      Cons

      Processes and tools VERY OLD AND OUTDATED - very old technology. Too many single points of failure in processes. Inefficient work environment - competitive edge lost to inability to respond quickly.

      Pros

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Cons

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
