Pros
Decent pay, good people in office. Great work life balance.
Cons
Horrible, archaic benefits, “earned” PTO, no sick pay, forced to use PTO for weather events such as freezing roads, tornados, hurricanes, flooding or office closure for any reason such as no power. Bereavement only for “immediate family” which only includes parents, siblings, children, or spouse, so if your grandparents or cousins or aunt/uncle or best friend passes away, you have to use PTO or not get paid
