Thank you for the response regarding our organization. Our operation is a 24/7 manufacturing environment and is also unionized. Having the opportunity to work other shifts is always a preference for us but may not always be an option in certain sites. We are constantly striving to ensure that our employees have a positive work/life balance and opportunities to move to other shifts as possible.
