Pros

Friendly co-workers Amazing benefits - the company ensures that you are financially secure if a medical emergency happens. Low premium cost for insurance with 250/500 deductible and 90/10 coverage! Supervisors and managers that trust the employees to do the right thing even when no one is watching. Good wage for the hourly workforce - most of which have no post high school education. Schedules when fully staffed can allow for some nice time off.

Cons

Schedules for the hourly employees can become stressful when the facilities are not fully staffed. Collective bargaining agreement makes it difficult to eliminate under performing individuals that have made it through the probation period.
