Pros

Pay is decent. Company has potlucks and encourages employees to participate in social events outside of work together. Located in former Gibson guitar building.

Cons

Management fails to address deviations in validated protocols. Ignores basic GMP regulatory requirements. Penalizes employees that try to address reckless practices.

Since you have been here, we have implemented many changes, starting with EOS/Traction as our Operating System, and using recent employee survey to better understand what we are doing well and what we need to improve upon. We have improved many things in the laboratory also. Our goal is to develop people and provide training to raise awareness of the issues you have mentioned. I wish you future successes.

I have worked here for several years. FFL is committed to serving and sustaining its employees and customers. There is a strong camaraderie amongst our teams and a genuine passion to make a difference. The work we do and culture gives back. FFL has provided me with a very satisfying career.

Cons

Folks that have left negative comments about FFL haven't been around the block.
