You get verbally abused. The best employees feel like they are constantly walking on eggshells because the owner is so unpredictable and the Team Leads do not have the employees backs. There aren't any ways to get promoted. The only way people get promoted is if the company creates a position for you. Raises are given by the owner of the company at some point each year and the raise is determined by how she feels about you at the moment. There are about 80 employees in the company and the owner, Bridget, is so far removed from the employees that she has no idea if people deserve a raise or not.
Only accept this job if you don't have any other options, but please continue to look for other positions. This company does a really good job and making you feel like it's the best company in the world, but once you're actually in it, you'll see the truth. All of the employees that have been there for a long time want out and hate their jobs. ALL. OF. THEM!
