Pros
I have 5 t-shirts, whereas all the negative reviews here mentioned they only got a couple. In all seriousness though ,it's a great place to work. It has its quirks like any other place, but it's hands down better in every aspect than any job I've had, and I've worked for companies that have won "best employer" and other awards of that nature. When there is an issue brought to management, and yes they occur like in every company that has ever existed, they do their part to make sure it's addressed. It's my position that those that feel outcomes are unfair are those on the tail end of the "you can't please everyone" camp. Depending on your job title, you can have a job that is intense, relaxed, boring, or exciting. You know that going into it though, or you should if you ask the right interview questions. The Duck Squad may seem corny on paper when you're looking at the company prospectively, but it's a great part of the culture and it really boils down to food, fun, and food. Expect to gain 15 pounds working here!
Cons
The cons are contextual and perspective-based. It is a small company, so expect to have some overlap of duties now and then. The company is honest and genuine when it comes to their "right person, right seat" policy, so if the job or the work isn't right for you, make it known that you'd like to explore other avenues. I'd venture the complaints listed in the other reviews are from employees that wouldn't have been happy no matter what. There are a few people there right now that have pessimistic attitudes and will likely quit or get fired at some point and leave a 1-star review that will mirror their own life attitude. Everything is what you make of it, and if you've hated the last 5 places you worked, you're going to hate it here too.
