      Pros

      Lots of food and a fake “happy” culture.

      Cons

      Notice that the positive reviews are from employees that have not been with the company for a full year... they haven’t seen the truth yet. As long as the COO, Dave, is still there, stay far away. The company is losing contracts left and right... Also, employees that have been there for a decade are happily leaving this place because they know it is going down fast.

      I have worked here for several years. FFL is committed to serving and sustaining its employees and customers. There is a strong camaraderie amongst our teams and a genuine passion to make a difference. The work we do and culture gives back. FFL has provided me with a very satisfying career.
