The company culture that was there years ago is no longer. FFL is completely focused only on $$ now, and is rampant with favoritism at the leadership level. If you are friends with the boss, you get perks and promotions. Good employees are not valued, and are leaving after several years of dedication at FFL.

I have worked here for several years. FFL is committed to serving and sustaining its employees and customers. There is a strong camaraderie amongst our teams and a genuine passion to make a difference. The work we do and culture gives back. FFL has provided me with a very satisfying career.
