One of the things I appreciated most about working for this company was the emphasis on work-life balance. I felt that my employer genuinely cared about my well-being and understood the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

I t was truly an exhausting experience to have worked under the management of this company. Particularly due to the unworkable nature of our manager. Dealing with their incessant demands and unreasonable expectations was like stepping on a turd every day - it was messy, unpleasant, and simply unacceptable. Not only did this manager's behavior create a sense of constant instability within the workplace, but it also hindered the progress and productivity of the entire team. It felt like walking on thin ice, never knowing when things would suddenly shift and throw everything off-balance.
