Forescout Technologies Response
7yWe always welcome constructive employee feedback on how we can make Forescout a better place to work and want to address some of your specific comments here.
First, the term hostile workplace has a very specific meaning, and it is not okay for any employee at Forescout to feel they are working under these conditions – period! As acting Chief People Officer I take these words very seriously and invite you to come speak to me any time. I am in the office every day when I am not traveling.
Secondly, we hold our leadership team to a high standard and they need to be an example to the rest of the company on how to handle healthy debate while being aligned to our mission to be the leader in device visibility and control. While we may have some work to do to get everyone moving in the same direction, ‘hate’ is not a word that describes the executive level relationships. Our leadership team has regular collaboration sessions that help move the strategy, vision and values of the company forward.
We are a fast growing company and recognize that Forescout isn’t for everyone but we are committed to making this a great place to work. If you have recommendations my door is always open … typically at 7 am ☺
