Pros
Company is very sales driven and tries to give it's sales force all the resources and training it can. Many bright people with extensive experience in the security space allows for a rich learning environment.
Cons
There are some serious problems in the management having to do with taking responsibility, leadership and organization. You are often in the dark about your managers expectations as they themselves are in the dark of their expectations.
