      Horrible Leadership - Sr. Contracts Manager Forescout Technologies Employee Review

      Pros

      Forescout was a great place to work with lots of amazing coworkers (non-leadership positions).

      Cons

      Leadership that ran the company into the ground forcing the company to go private again. New leadership brought in was even worse. The General Counsel was a nightmare who ran off everyone on the Legal team and created a culture of fear and survival mode.

      Sorry you had such a poor experience. About half of the current exec team arrived in the last couple of years, including a new GC. A refreshed executive team post a PE take private is not unusual. A take private is often an indicator that new executive leadership is required. We regularly conduct employee engagement surveys. Our eNPS is improving on every dimension and well above industry benchmarks. The feedback from that survey is read by every exec and manager is the company and generates many improvement actions.

      Pros

      Lots of intelligent hardworking people who will drop what they have going on to help you. Excellent culture of coming together to get stuff done. Work life balance is good (you draw boundaries).

      Cons

      Benefits are ok, nothing stellar.
