Pros
Fun, fast-paced, hands-on and motivational. This is definitely for those looking for a tech/collaborative environment. So many positive reinforcements and our CEO is a very forward thinker. His availability to his team is incredible- I have never had a CEO be this available in any other organization.
Cons
Not for those who don't understand a start-up environment attached to an established company. I feel that everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I think a few of the more sour experiences that have left commentary are more based on lack of knowledge versus actuality. Startup culture is very fast paced and at times demanding, but the reward is 10-fold. When a company is in "forward growth mode" - sometimes those of less experience or a more regular 9-5 background just cannot assimilate.
