Pros
Good benefits package. PTO is pretty standard. New offices.
Cons
This place looked great on the outside looking in. I waited three weeks to start at their request-- not at mine. I was ready to start immediately. When I got there nothing was set up for me to work although it had been THREE weeks already. I was told it takes up to two weeks just to gain access to everything. In the meantime they had no plans or direction for training other than to sit with another employee who had only been there 6 months and had no prior experience in this industry at all. She was showing me things I've been doing for the last twenty years. If you want to work here and have no experience at all and have no idea how to do a journal entry or have never heard of a pay application then chances are they will hire you. However if you DO have several years of experience and are hoping to bring some much needed insight and experience to the place then just keep moving along and find somewhere else to work. This place works like a high school environment or fresh out of college under the guise they don't micromanage while seemingly micromanaging you. There is no plan for training and it's completely unorganized.
