Pros
Company is growing and has recently merged with DR Horton and developing 75-85% of their lots.
Cons
With the new merger there are lots of changes and w/ changes come struggles. Most of these policy and process changes will work themselves out however, at this time the system across the board seems to be greatly overcomplicated. An abundance of "trackers" unnecessary forms, trips to ATL & TX that can easily be handled via SKYPE.
