      Pros

      - Forge is a Scala shop. That being said, you don't necessarily have to know Scala to apply, although the interview will see how receptive you are to learning on the fly (make of that what you will) - The interview experience was one of the smoother ones I've had, everyone was professional and smart

      Cons

      - Forge will not be a good fit for you if you don't see yourself heading in a finance direction (or if you don't think it's something that aligns with your interests)
