We’re very proud of the diversity of leadership we have at Forge. Half of our executive team is led by women including our Chief Technology Officer, our Chief Accounting Officer and our Chief Revenue Officer. We also pride ourselves in our transparent culture. And with that, our CEO has been willing to answer questions about his own compensation when asked by employees durning our company All-Hands meetings. Our compensation philosophy includes a strategy to pay based on market comparables and performance, which means promotion increases can vary by position and by individual. Our management team wants to hear direct feedback so we can address any concerns.
