1. Toxic management who expects you to work long hours and weekend while the pay is way below Bay Area normal 2. Most execs have very little experience in manufacturing or hardware development and only interested in saving their own job 3. People are leaving at an unprecedented rate, and management is unwilling to do anything because they know they can get away with it in this market 4.
