Pros
Form is uniquely positioned to truly have a world changing impact. We have a quickly growing incredible team that is more than capable of achieving our mission. Our leadership has continually led us through aggressive but successful milestones and I feel they will continue to do so.
Cons
We are moving very quickly and it can be very exhausting to keep up. There are frequently changes to the plan of record but time and time again those painful changes have proven to be the right decision. Nonetheless it leads to very intense bursts of work for various teams. Every new stage of the company we evolve into comes with many growing pains that typically manifest as slightly chaotic middle management coordination but always settles out. Again, it can be exhausting if you’re continually at the forefront of what Form is doing but it never lasts unreasonably long in my opinion.
