Working at Form Energy has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The team here is incredibly talented, and the collaborative environment makes tackling challenging problems exciting every day. Leadership is genuinely supportive, and there’s a strong emphasis on innovation and personal growth. The projects are cutting-edge, and it’s amazing to be part of something that feels like it’s making a real impact. I can confidently say this is the best place I’ve ever worked, and I’m excited for what’s ahead!

Sometimes the fast-paced environment means things change quickly, so flexibility is key. There's also a lot of learning on the go, which can be challenging but is also a great opportunity for growth. Occasionally, coordination between teams can be a bit tricky, but it's getting better as the company continues to scale. Overall, minor things compared to all the positives.
