      It was run like a small mom and pop organization so there were no rules or regulations.

      Cons

      Owner expects full-time salaried employees to work in the store on Saturday during the holidays so he would not need to hire seasonal help.

      seasoned co-workers, hands on learning

      Cons

      senior staff being above ethics, respect, SOPs are confusing and always changing, no real onboarding because it is dependent on your individual buyer, HR seems ambiguous
