      Horrible management and they put the most unprofessional people to be manager. They have a lot of favoritism and they think they can talk to you in old way.

      seasoned co-workers, hands on learning

      Cons

      senior staff being above ethics, respect, SOPs are confusing and always changing, no real onboarding because it is dependent on your individual buyer, HR seems ambiguous
