      Compared to other retail jobs, you get a lot of hours. You will be likely be working 30-37 hours a week.

      Cons

      Store is extremely busy and staff/managers can be catty at times. You will possibly get scheduled to work 6 days a week as well with no warning. There is a lot of turnover as well

      seasoned co-workers, hands on learning

      Cons

      senior staff being above ethics, respect, SOPs are confusing and always changing, no real onboarding because it is dependent on your individual buyer, HR seems ambiguous
