      The pay was good as a manager

      Cons

      No help and leadership was very terrible. Corporate did not want to listen to what you had to say. But they would listen to all of the people who were causing trouble in the work place.

      seasoned co-workers, hands on learning

      Cons

      senior staff being above ethics, respect, SOPs are confusing and always changing, no real onboarding because it is dependent on your individual buyer, HR seems ambiguous
