Pros
I liked the buyers I worked under.
Cons
Upper management consistently demonstrates a lack of concern for their employees, treating them more like resources than people. Last year, the company laid off the entire workforce only to bring us back two weeks later due to a corporate acquisition, which severely damaged employee morale. Since our return, the company culture has significantly declined. People keep quitting, but they aren't being replaced, which has resulted in a heavier workload for everyone with no additional compensation. To make matters worse, the company has stopped providing annual raises, leaving many of us feeling undervalued and financially strained. Additionally, after working from home for a significant period, we were abruptly forced to return to the office five days a week, despite upper management still enjoying the flexibility of remote work. This double standard is demoralizing and demonstrates a lack of respect for the work-life balance of the broader team. For these reasons, I do not recommend this company to potential employees. The company's priorities seem to be misaligned with the well-being and fair treatment of its employees.
