Company is headed in the right direction. Experience is considered with compensation. Merchandise selection and pricing is fantastic for customers in the community. Company gives back to the community in various ways through donations and even has an amazing loyalty rewards program! Opportunity to be creative is what Forman Mills is about, which is almost unheard of in retail. Store is located in a challenging area, however I am up for the challenge and am excited to see where this experience takes me! I love daily interaction with customers, and associates. I look forward to rewarding myself personally by helping this store to drive continuous improvement by doing the right thing, driving the customer and associate experience! Super fast-paced, work days fly by!
