      Great product line to rep.

      Cons

      As a former distributor of Formica, managment and staff treated us like second class citizens. It was a power trip between my management and Formica. No win situation. Internal staff was clueless in terms of providing assistance which was asked of me by my designers.

      Pros

      Easy job on day to day tasks. But that’s only because management is severely lacking. Decent pay, company vehicle, typical benefits (health care, 401k, etc.)

      Cons

      Management structure with No direction, No focus or a real understanding of what influences end user buying decisions. They don’t even perform a basic market swat analysis to understand what they could be doing better. Why? Because we invented this stuff, and have been doing it for 110+ years do we know it all. Well then, enjoy your 30% market share there buddy.
