      Pros

      Awesome place to work. Most coworkers were laid back, and easy to get along with. The pay was great!

      Cons

      I have tried to reapply for a day shift position and have received nothing back. It has been well over 2yrs going on 3yrs since I worked their last. I have tried to call the local warehouse to try to speak with HR with no success. Even called corporate and they were no help at all. Couldn't even get an email or a phone ber to call the Greenfield warehouse.

      Pros

      Easy job on day to day tasks. But that’s only because management is severely lacking. Decent pay, company vehicle, typical benefits (health care, 401k, etc.)

      Cons

      Management structure with No direction, No focus or a real understanding of what influences end user buying decisions. They don’t even perform a basic market swat analysis to understand what they could be doing better. Why? Because we invented this stuff, and have been doing it for 110+ years do we know it all. Well then, enjoy your 30% market share there buddy.
