Pros

Work-life balance is great and management is VERY supportive of respecting this. You will never get bored - subject matter for client-facing roles is very interesting and usually the hot topic of the day for the industry

Cons

While there is some top-notch talent and well-respected brilliant analysts throughout the firm, many are average run-of-the-mill analysts that can only be classified as average on their best days. Politics is the name of the game when you want to break into upper management - while on paper is based on your quarterly reviews, you only get promoted based on who you know. Management appreciates those that shut up, do their work, and don't complain. Hard work and innovative thinking hardly every recognized and rewarded.

Pros

Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

Cons

The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.
