      the people you work with the opportunities to learn. being part of research teams help you get a good understanding of IT topics, work with senior analysts can boost your understanding of the industry. good place to hone quantitative and qualitative skills. client work can give you visibility outside your company

      Cons

      juniors spend a lot of time with powerpoint and excel doing repetitive work. some task flow inefficiencies in the document production makes it long and tedious for juniors. your manager can be located in another office and can change quite frequently making the relationship difficult. long hours during peak times (end of quarters)

      Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

      The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.
