      Pros

      The work is incredibly interesting for the curious of mind. No two days are the same with lots of variety. The people are exceptionally helpful, bright, supportive and welcoming, with a fantastically real positive outlook. If you work hard and smart, you are rewarded well. There is a very good level of work-life balance and this is highly supported by management up and down the food chain. Employees are listened to and action taken to continuously improve.

      Cons

      Honestly, can't think of any - maybe some of the benefits could be a bit more in line with the market but I am sure this will come in time as employees are listened to and smart reasonable ideas are generally actioned.

      Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

      The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.

      Smart people work here, work-life balance is ideal if you have a good manager.

      Morale is low, leadership is extremely out of touch with the sentiments of the workforce.
