      Pros

      The Forrester executive team have been absolutely brilliant in this current crisis with clear, transparent communication and actions making it easy to willingly go the extra mile which is what we all need to do in the current climate. Thank You! Our research has never been stronger (in my opinion) and the collaboration and alignment across departments never so easy.

      Cons

      We've had some ups and downs with weak leadership in pockets on various levels, and some hard to get rid of silo thinking - but I feel that is clearly in the past and confident that we are moving forward united and stronger than ever. Just something to keep an eye on to not fall back on weak spots and silo thinking when times are easier again.

      Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

      The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.

      Smart people work here, work-life balance is ideal if you have a good manager.

      Cons

      Morale is low, leadership is extremely out of touch with the sentiments of the workforce.
