      Pros

      On the individual level, the people are amazing. You work with really smart people and you learn A LOT. You become an expert in a particular field and you get to be published. How cool is that?!

      Cons

      Bureaucracy and corporate politics, like any medium-large company. The people who have the most influence aren't always the people with the most knowledge about the particular field, and this is a problem.

      Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

      Cons

      The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.
