Pros
-The people are very nice and welcoming - very hardworking -Brand recognition
Cons
Management has absolutely no idea where to take this company even when they have built a brand that can compete in the market. They have changed the product set 3 times this past year and somehow cant even develop a one pager on offerings to show clients. Not only does it make the job hard, but you look like you don't even know what your company covers in the industry. Anywhere work also turned into 2 days a week with barely any notice but get this.. you don't get your own desk, and the conference rooms book up all day so its hard to work even in the office. If you want personal growth at a company, don't even bother. Company struggling and they stopped promotions which would have only been the only hope for your incredibly low compensation package. Don't even bother right now with Forrester.
