Pros

Great work life balance and decent benefits

Cons

Leaders made decisions in a vacuum, do not take sales with boot on the ground experience into consideration when making major decisions around GTM, Product, Pricing etc. Poor communication and training around new initiatives and corporate strategies. Huge disconnect between sr leaders and their employees b/c they only want to hear positive feedback. Sales and customer service are siloed from each other - making everyone’s job harder than it has to be.

Pros

Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

Cons

The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.
