Pros
Used to be a great place to work. Lead by great managers and leads who had genuine empathy and leadership skills. I used to love my work and my managers kept pushing me and encouraging me. We had a small but cohesive, high performing team. This was my best job ever.
Cons
I may be wrong, but SD acquisition ended in a flurry of bad management/business ideas that basically started the end of an era at Forrester. Sudden changes in management in 2021 triggered mistrust and job security concerns in the technology dept. The new management team had no respect for the amazing work that had been done, nor had any clue as to how sophisticated the systems were. It also introduced bad politics and opaqueness to the leadership. Don't know the current state, but saw much interest in offshoring suddenly. And it came with a cost of quality. Career growth and salary hikes were not great. It also depends on your department, I guess. Current exec team seems to be obsessed with CV and stock value while rest of the world is not ready to pay any more.
