      Pros

      I've met some of the most amazing people during my time at Forrester, but that's about all I can say. The flexibility was great as well.

      Cons

      Underpaid. No transparency. Terrible product roll out... these are a few of many cons I could list off. Forrester went extremely downhill in the past 8 months, faster than I could have imagined. I truly loved this company until a ton of new leadership was introduced and now feels like a toxic and cold workplace. The CEO and executive leadership definitely ate their words when they said during a previous global call that there would be no more layoffs... and bam. LAYOFFS. It's only going to get worse from here and it feels like Forrester has dug themselves a huge hole they won't be able to come out of for a long time. Beware - you're just a number at this company.

      Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

      Cons

      The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.

      Smart people work here, work-life balance is ideal if you have a good manager.

      Cons

      Morale is low, leadership is extremely out of touch with the sentiments of the workforce.
